Our primary goal is for everyone to have a remote control that works exactly as they want to. If you encounter a problem that our customer support has not been able to solve, or you are not satisfied with the way our customer support handled the situation,
you can contact the owner, Electronics engineer Bc. Katerina Kulhánková.
Problems that Mrs. Kulhánková will help you with
  • lack of respectful behaviour
  • lack of effective problem-solving
  • incompetent or inadequate response
  • misunderstanding my problem
  • abnormal / complex issues or unusual problems
  • suggestions for improvement
Mrs. Kulhánková won't:
  • find out the state of my parcel
  • speed up the delivery
  • edit my order, change delivery address
  • handle return process, exchange purchased products
  • send product manual
