In this case, your personal data will only be transferred on the basis of your consent. If you give your consent, the data controller will forward to Heureka Group a.s. information about the goods you purchased and your e-mail address.
On the basis of your consent, the data may also be provided to Seznam.cz, a.s., ID No.: 261 68 685, address Radlická 3294/10, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5 (hereinafter referred to as „Seznam.cz, a.s.“), also for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided by us. The data controller does not have details of the payment cards you use to pay for your order, as you only provide these to the payment gateway.
Period of processing of personal data
The data controller processes personal data for the entire duration of the contract.
For data provided on the basis of your consent, the data controller processes the data for period of 2 years or until your consent is withdrawn.
In the case of data that the data controller processes on the basis of a legal obligation, the processing period for such data is governed by the relevant legal provisions (e.g. tax documents).
Cookies are deleted after 30 days. After this period, they are available in an anonymized form in Google Analytics.
Camera recordings are kept for 14 days. If the CCTV footage is used to clarify criminal activity, it shall be kept until the final conclusion of the case.
Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, as well as the right to complete or correct the data, to request a restriction of tis processing, to object to or complain about the processing of your personal data. In certain cases, you also have the right to have your personal data erased.

You have the right to ask the data controller to send you an overview of your personal data. The data controller will provide you with a copy of the processed data on the basis of this request.
