The General Gate Wi-Fi remote control is a RF multifrequency remote control replacement that enables you to control gates, garage doors and blinds from anywhere in the world just by your mobile phone via our APP. The General Wi-Fi remote control fully replaces any original remote control with a frequency of 280 MHz to 870 MHz with both, fixed or rolling codes.

Thanks to the sensor open / closed (included in the package) you will always know if the garage is closed or open.

One Wi-Fi remote control for everything - With 4 buttons you can program the remote control for operating gate, garage doors, blinds and remote-controlled sockets. Generally, just anything that you operate with your RF remote control.

Three ways of operating

• Wi-Fi (Internet) – Connect to the remote control and operate your device via our APP from anywhere in the world.
• Bluetooth - You can operate your device via the mobile APP in case your Wi-Fi is currently out of order
• Buttons – In case it is not possible to connect to the remote control for any reason you can still operate your device using the buttons on the remote control

The mobile APP

The whole family can operate from anywhere – the APP can be shared with up to ten mobile phones. All family members can then comfortably control the gate with their phone from anywhere in the world. They can also see who opened/closed the gate in the APP.

The iDoor APP can be paired up to 10 General GATE WiFi remote controls.

History - In the APP you can also see who controlled the gate at a given time. In addition, the sensor will let you know if the gate has been opened/closed.

100% security – No one except for those who have access to the registered mobile phone can operate your gate. In case you happen to lose your mobile phone you can easily remove the access by the main mobile phone.

Compatible with any OS - Do you have Android or iOS? The APP is compatible with both. It also works on the tablet.

Easy installation

1. Download the app from Google play or the Apple store. Create an account: enter a phone number or email, confirm by entering the code you received via SMS or email.
2. Plug the General GATE Wi-Fi remote into a 230V socket, that is within 10 meters of the gate and within reach of your home Wi-Fi. In the App, click on "Add Wi-Fi remote control".
3. Copy signals from your old remote control the same way the General GATE is cloned (Actually, the General GATE is integrated in the Wi-Fi remote control)
4. Using the included Tesa tapes you can stick the IR sensor on the door and click on "add sensor" in the APP.
5. You can control your gate from anywhere. Your device can be shared up to 10 other users. You can freely turn sharing on and off with one click in the app.
