There is nothing like it on the market, other testers only verify whether the signal is transmitted or not, but you can verify this with any camera or camera through whose optics you can see the invisible IR (infrared signal).

The problem arises when the remote control is transmitting something, but you don't know what. The remote control that is transmitting may still be faulty. This decoder will detect problems with the remote transmitting, but at the wrong code or frequency.
