You are ordering a REPAIR of the Powrtouch standart, classic, evo control box. After ordering, you need to send us your faulty control box, and we will repair it. The address and instructions on how to send it are provided below.

Repair Description:

• This is a complete repair of the control box, including cleaning and regeneration of contacts.
• The warranty period for the repair is 12 months. Post-warranty repair is discounted by 50%.
• The repair time is within a week (if you need it sooner, please contact customer support).

We also repair devices that other services have returned as irreparable or after a previous amateur repair attempt. The surcharge for such repair after a previous unsuccessful repair attempt is 0 - 200 CZK (depending on the severity of the damage) because we first need to restore the device to its original state. In that case, you will be informed in advance, but you are not obligated to proceed with the repair. If we cannot repair the device (which happens extremely rarely!), you pay nothing for the repair, and we will refund the money paid to your account, deducting only the postage cost for sending it back to you (according to our official Shipping price list at the bottom of the page), or you can authorize us for ecological disposal and pay nothing at all (you will get a 100% full refund).

How to send the device for repair:

• Send your control box by mail along with a description of the fault in the covering letter - remember, the more information you provide in the letter, the easier and faster it will be, as some faults are difficult to diagnose without user information (e.g., excessive battery discharge or occasional malfunctions).
• We will return the repaired control box to you within a week (usually sooner; if urgent, contact customer support, and we will expedite the process at no additional cost) to the address you provided. In exceptional cases, it may take longer, for example, when ordering an atypical component or chip (we usually have everything in stock).
