Pairing instructions:
In Settings -> Remote controls and accessories, select an option: Add accessories
Hold the remote control near the TV box and hold the left arrow button and the house button at the same time until the red light on the remote control comes on. The distance between the remote control and the box should be no more than 20cm. The device itself will identify the remote control and you will then confirm.
It is a brand new ORIGINAL RF (radio) remote control, so it needs to be paired with the device (all radio remotes need pairing). The pairing method is described in the user manual.
